Shoes must be in new, unworn condition with all original packaging. (The leather soles scratch easily, so be careful to try shoes on carpet only.) We will deduct or charge a damaged item fee for scuffs, scratched soles, and/or for replacement packaging, at our discretion.
Online purchases are eligible for a Refund when requested within 21 days of receipt, and for Exchange for Store credit when requested within 60 days of receipt. Shipping fees are not refundable. Final Sale items are not returnable. Purchases made at our retail store in Los Angeles and events where we are vending may be returned for Store Credit or Exchange only. After a first Exchange, any subsequent returns may only be made for Store Credit.
If your order has arrived damaged or defective, please start a return request within 14 days of receipt and select Defective/Damaged.
We provide printable shipping labels for all domestic returns. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from shoes returned for Refund. (Shoes from multiple orders may be returned in one box to reduce shipping cost.) Return shipping is free for Store Credit and Exchanges.
If you are shipping from an international address, you are responsible for return shipping. Please note that we cannot reimburse customs fees for returns or exchanges. The customer is responsible for following local procedure for recouping taxes and duties.
RETURNING YOUR ITEMS
Please place shoe boxes inside a shipping box. The shipping box we sent them in is a great choice. (Items that arrive damaged because a shipping box was not used will be assessed a restocking fee.)
Typical processing time is 5-7 business days once the return is received. Exchanges ship via our standard economy shipping method. If you need faster processing or expedited shipping (for an extra fee) please note that in your comments; we will do our best to accommodate your needs!
