Shipping Rates and Policies
Re-Mix ships Monday-Friday (except on holidays). Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed in addition to the shipment time period. If you need your shoes faster than that, please send us an email and we will do our best to accommodate you. One-day/overnight shipping is possible, but please call us to make arrangements: 323-936-6210.
Orders shipping within the U.S. are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which can take 2-3 business days for delivery, or via UPS at the speed you select.
Orders shipping outside of the U.S. are shipped via USPS Priority International or DHL, which usually takes 7-10 business days for delivery (and sometimes, a few extra days to clear through customs). See more about International Orders below.
Please note that the customer is responsible for tracking his/her package. Tracking information will be provided upon shipment (if for some reason you have not received your tracking info within two business days of placing your order, please check your junk mail folder and please contact us).
Our shipping rates are calculated based on package weight.
If for some reason you are unavailable to receive shipment of your package, Re-mix is not responsible for the cost of re-shipping your package.
