Refund policy

Shoes must be in new, unworn condition, with all original packaging intact, to be returned or exchanged. Please try on your shoes on carpet. Shoes returned with scratched soles are subject to a damage fee of up to 20%.

"Final Sale" items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shoes purchased in the store may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 10 days. No refunds are given for in-store purchases.

Shoes purchased online may be returned for a refund within 21 days of receipt. Buyer pays return shipping. Shoes purchased online may be returned for exchange or store credit within 60 days or receipt. Re-Mix will cover the cost of return shipping in the case of return for exchange or store credit for US buyers. International buyers are always responsible for return shipping fees. 

For international purchases - we cannot reimburse for any import customs and duties. Please check with your local post office and be aware of these fees before you place your order.

Refunds will be given in the form original payment was made (if purchased with a store credit, the refund will be a store credit; if purchased with a credit card, the refund will go back to that same credit card, etc.)
