Re-Mix Shoes are made in small batches, and unlike most shoe companies we make some styles year after year. Because leather availablity changes with trends, we cannot promise an exact color match from production run to production run.
If you have questions about the color of a shoe, please contact us and we will do our best to describe any variation from the image on the website (or let you know if there is more than one shade to choose from in your size.)
Shipping
Re-Mix ships Monday-Friday (except on holidays). Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed in addition to the shipment time period. If you require a quicker processing period, please email us and we will do our best to accommodate you. For next-day/overnight shipping, please call us to make arrangements: 323-936-6210.
Our shipping rates are calculated based on package weight.

Return Policy
Shoes must be in new, unworn condition, with all original packaging intact, to be returned or exchanged. For all products returned in used or damaged condition, we reserve the right to deduct a shoe repair fee or packaging replacement fee. Please be sure to test your shoes on carpet because we will deduct a "damaged item" fee for scuffed soles.
