Sales may include temporary or permanent mark downs on specific styles, or general savings on all regularly priced styles with a coupon code. Unless otherwise indicated in the promotion advertising, our sales apply to both the website and in-store purchases. Sales are announced on our homepage, Facebook page, Twitter, Instagram, and through our e-newsletter.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer price adjustments on shoes purchased outside of the sale window. If you are exchanging a pair of shoes purchased on sale for a different size, it will be considered an even trade. If you are exchanging for a different style, the price you paid for the sale pair will be applied towards the price of the new pair.
Re-mix ships Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (except on holidays). Please allow approximately 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. One-day/overnight shipping is possible, but please call us to make arrangements: 323-936-6210.
Orders shipping within the U.S. are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which can take 2-3 business days for delivery.
Orders shipping outside of the U.S. are shipped via USPS Priority International, which can take 7-10 business days for delivery (and sometimes, a few extra days to clear through customs).
Tracking information will be provided upon shipment. (If you have not received your tracking info within three business days of placing your order, please check your junk mail folder and please contact us).
Shipping costs are calculated dependent on the quantity of shoes ordered. The exact shipping cost will be provided once items have been added to the cart, before submitting payment.
If for any reason you are unavailable to receive shipment of your package, Re-mix is not responsible for the cost of re-shipping your package.

Please be aware that all international parcels may be subject to import taxes, duties, brokerage or customs fees upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer. We do not determined these rates and encourage your to check with your local government before ordering to determine what you are likely to owe.
Please understand that we unfortunately cannot control or prevent any delays within customs. If you refuse duties or fees on your package and choose to have it sent back to Re-Mix, any handling fees charged to our account to retrieve the package will be deducted from your refund.
We cannot reimburse customs fees for returns or exchanges. You may follow the procedure for recouping taxes and duties in the recipient country. If you would like more information regarding customs fees, please contact your local Post Office.
If you live in the area, or will be visiting Los Angeles and want to pick up your shoes in our store, enter the discount code INSTORE at checkout and you will not be charged for shipping. Immediately after placing your order for in-store pick up, please send a follow up email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order # that states you have requested to pick up the item(s) in the store. In order to retrieve your shoes, please be prepared to present your order confirmation email or order # at time of pick up.
Shoes must be in new, unworn condition, with all original packaging intact, to be returned or exchanged. In order to receive a full refund, shoes must be returned in condition acceptable for resale. For all products returned in used or damaged condition, we reserve the right to deduct a shoe repair fee or packaging replacement fee from the refunded amount.
Please be sure to test your shoes on carpet because we will deduct a "damaged item" fee for scuffed soles.
We are not responsible for return shipping for items that do not fit; we do our best to provide sizing info on our size guide page and while we cannot guarantee fit, we urge customers to contact us with any specific sizing questions.
Shoes purchased in the store may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 10 days. No refunds are given for in-store purchases.
Shoes purchased online may be returned for a refund, return, or exchange, within 21 days. Buyer pays return shipping. We are not responsible for return items that are lost in transit so please insure your returns. Please ship your returns back in a proper shipping box (Not an envelope. The original box your order was shipped in is fine to re-use). If you would like to exchange an item, we will ship the exchanged shoes to you at no extra charge (first exchange will be covered by Re-mix, any additional exchanges will be at purchaser's expense).
Shoes marked Clearance or Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds will be issued in the form the original payment was made (if purchased with a store credit, the refund will be a store credit; if purchased with a credit card, the refund will go back to that same credit card, etc.)
